Every workout and every exercise we administer has been ‘test driven’ and perfected by exercise professionals that practice what they preach. Your exercises are planned months in advance – this allows us to progressively challenge you without the risk of injury.
Treat and Prevent Injury:
If you are injured, our exercise professionals are excellent at prescribing therapeutic exercises and helping you get back to doing what you love to do. We also include rehabilitative exercises, or “Prehabilitation” exercises, in all of your programs in order to prevent injury.
